General Operative/Machine Operator Nights

Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Leeds who are looking for Production Operatives / Machine Operators to join their busy team.

About the Business:

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company specialising in high-quality packaging solutions for a range of industrial and commercial sectors, supplying both national and international customers.

About The Role:

To assist the team to meet production targets in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring operational requirements are achieved wherever possible. You will support production operations through a varied skill set and work closely with other team members to achieve daily objectives.

This is a temporary ongoing position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates after a qualifying period.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Feeding materials into production machinery
- Operating production lines and machinery
- Conducting quality checks on finished products
- Ensuring machines are running efficiently with minimal downtime
- Setting up and adjusting equipment (training provided)
- Packing, labelling, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Stacking and palletising finished goods
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Strictly following health & safety procedures on site

About You:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (desirable)
- Experience operating machinery or production lines (advantageous but not essential)
- Willingness to learn new skills and progress
Good attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to work well as part of a team or independently
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

Sunday to Thursday – set shift pattern
Night Shift:
Sunday - 23:00 - 06:00
Monday - Thursday - 22:00 -06:00
