We have worked with RedRock Partnership for a number of years for the supply of agency staff in a numerous roles, from administration based roles to Housekeepers. RedRock Partnership have always managed to meet our staffing needs even when requests are at short notice, enabling us to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers on a daily basis. As a business in the middle of the pandemic we opened our new distribution facility to enable the rapid growth of the business that we had seen throughout 2019 and early 2020. We had the challenge to recruit nearly 100 permanent colleagues and have a temporary labour pool of up to 150 people available depending on our orders, all of which in a short period of time, whilst social distancing and whilst preparing a warehouse for operation. We chose to partner with Red Rock early on for the pure reason that their approach was clearly about a partnership and the relationship between our onsite management team and theirs. Red Rock supported with our initial permanent recruitment as well as managing our temporary labour requirements.
3 years on and we are continuing to partner with Red Rock exclusively for our temporary labour on site, the partnership has continued to grow and the onsite team certainly feel part of our extended team on site working with us.
