As a business in the middle of the pandemic we opened our new distribution facility to enable the rapid growth of the business that we had seen throughout 2019 and early 2020. We had the challenge to recruit nearly 100 permanent colleagues and have a temporary labour pool of up to 150 people available depending on our orders, all of which in a short period of time, whilst social distancing and whilst preparing a warehouse for operation.
