Red Rock Partnership Acquires Baxter Personnel in Strategic Expansion Deal
Red Rock Partnership, a leading national provider of blue collar recruitment solutions, is proud to announce the acquisition of Baxter Personnel Limited, a respected North East-based recruitment agency with an impressive turnover of approximately £6 million in 2024.
This acquisition represents a significant milestone in Red Rock Partnership’s strategic growth journey, reinforcing its market-leading position in the blue-collar temporary recruitment sector and establishing a strong operational foothold in the North East of England.
Founded on a shared commitment to excellence in compliance, customer service, and contractor care, Baxter Personnel has built a stellar reputation for delivering high-quality temporary and temp-to-perm staffing solutions across industrial and logistics sectors.
Their integration into Red Rock Partnership not only strengthens service delivery across regional markets but also aligns with Red Rock Partnershi’s long-term vision of nationwide coverage and innovation-led workforce solutions.
With this acquisition, Red Rock Partnership advances towards its goal of sustained national expansion, building on its existing £50 million turnover and creating further opportunities for growth, operational scale, and enhanced client service offerings.
This deal marks another major step forward in Red Rock Partnership’s continued commitment to operational excellence, regional growth, and long-term client partnerships. The Darlington-based team will now operate under the Red Rock Partnership brand, reporting into Regional Director Lee Frost, ensuring continuity and quality across service delivery as client and worker systems are seamlessly transitioned.
Craig Buckingham, Owner of Red Rock Partnership, commented:
“Baxter Personnel has established a strong reputation for customer service delivery, compliance and contractor care in the blue-collar recruitment market. Their values match ours, making this acquisition a natural fit. Our implementation and consolidation team, lead by Managing Director Matthew Pearl will be in the North East this week supporting the staff and workers affected by the sale, auditing processes and recruitment practices, making introductions with clients and transferring the worker and client data into our systems.
Trade with Red Rock Partnership will start from Sunday 13th July and the team in Darlington will report into our Regional Director Lee Frost. This deal allows us to have a base in the North East from which to grow and demonstrates our commitment to develop Red Rock Partnership into other areas of the UK. We are looking forward to welcoming the Baxter Personnel team into the Red Rock Partnership family and seeing them develop in our business. Our aim is to look for further acquisitions in the blue collar temporary labour market as we look to expand our operations"
