Red Rock Partnership Announces Transition to Employee Ownership and Founder Retirement

Red Rock Partnership Ltd is proud to announce a significant milestone in its journey, as the business prepares to transition to employee ownership through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) on June 1st, 2026.

Founded and owned by Craig Buckingham for the past 20 years, Red Rock Partnership has grown into a trusted national recruitment organisation, built on strong values, long-standing client relationships, and a people-first approach. This move marks a defining next chapter for the business - one that places its future directly in the hands of its employees.

The transition to employee ownership reflects Craig’s long-held belief in creating opportunity, sustainability, and shared success. By transferring ownership to the people who help drive the business forward every day, Red Rock Partnership reinforces its commitment to long-term growth, collaboration, and accountability.

Craig Buckingham will formally retire from the business on February 5th, 2026, stepping away from day-to-day operations. He will retain his shareholding while the business completes the necessary legal and compliance processes ahead of the official transition date.

The move to employee ownership will be overseen by the Senior Management Team, led by Matthew Pearl, CEO, who will manage the transition process and continue to lead the business through this exciting period of change.
