The creation of Mission Resourcing allows Red Rock Partnership to continue building on its strong reputation in the temporary staffing sector, while Mission Resourcing develops a dedicated presence within the permanent recruitment market.
The launch follows a period of significant growth and momentum for Red Rock Partnership, with the business achieving notable increases in sales and client demand.

“Over the past few years, thanks to our teams' commitment to delivering service excellence to our partners, we have seen strong growth in our blue-collar temporary labour business, particularly within the food manufacturing sector.
Our sales increased from over £32 million in 2023 to more than £43 million in 2024, and we are currently on track to exceed £50 million in 2025.
While we have historically delivered a modest volume of permanent placements, both myself and our Managing Director, Matthew Pearl, felt that we would only be successful in the perms market by separating it from Red Rock Partnership. This allows for a stronger focus with specialist consultants, and with the growth of our temporary business, we felt this was the right time to invest in the next stage of our development.”
Mission Resourcing Ltd will be led by Operations Manager Vicky Fitzpatrick, who brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the new company. Vicky currently oversees a growing team of two consultants, with plans for further expansion already underway.
